First thing, do IELTS/ TOEFL before deadline of UST application deadlines, so that you get eligible for admissions
Second thing is to see guide of UST of Fall 2016 and try to contact professors there in institutes of UST as you do contact professors in korean universities normally.
You can use these techniques and guides given below.
******If you do not get reply from professors there, then DO NOT worry, just apply for UST by fulfilling the application criteria. Hopefully, you will be nominated for skype interview and there you can perform well and get admitted. So contact professors and if they dun reply, then dun worry and apply before deadlines of UST which is 4th April, 2016
