Chapman University Merit and Need-based International Scholarships, USA

The scholarship encourages highly achieved new international students and transfer students who wish to apply for an undergraduate degree program at Chapman University. The merit awards will provide an amount worth up to $32,000 per year to international students.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The applicant must have to meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • The candidate must be an international student.
  • Candidates must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at the university.
  • Transfer students are also eligible for the merit-based scholarship.
  • Applicants must hold an offer for a full-time program at Chapman University, USA.
  • Applicants must be maintained a minimum 2.75 cumulative Chapman GPA to retain their scholarships.
  • Merit scholarships are based primarily on grades and test scores of the student, and other achievements may also be considered.

Benefits of the Programs

The scholarship will be awarded as follows:

  • Each successful first-year applicants will get amount worth up to $32,000 per year.
  • Transfer applicants will get amount worth up to $15,000 per year.
  • The scholarship will be provided for the duration of the undergraduate degree program.

Step 1: Apply for Admission

Firstly, interested candidates are required to take admission via common app in an undergraduate degree coursework program at Chapman University. All international applicants must have submitted an International Supplement Form available after submitting your application via email to admit[at]chapman.edu. Entry Requirements

  • Firstly, applicants are required to check the entire entry requirement at the time of admission.
  • Applicants must require official TOEFL/IELTS scores for international applicants.
  • Applicants must hold a high school certificate for an undergraduate degree.
  • Applicants must hold evidence of English Language Proficiency.

Visa Requirements

You are required to hold a visa to study in the USA. The relevant US Consulate shall grant a visa. Visa regulations often change, and procedures of consulates and embassies can vary.
