Southern Cross University is offering a variety of scholarship awards for Australian nationals and international students with an undergraduate or postgraduate degree. The granted funds will help out students in covering up their several educational expenses like tuition, fees and room expenses.
The scholarship is introduced to support international students from selected regions for continuing their higher studies at Southern Cross University. There is a wide range of award available for several international students.

Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must have to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The candidate must be an international student.
- The applicant must be international Students who begin or transition to a new course in Session 2, 2020 or Session 1, 2021.
- Students must be in a full time (i.e. three units or more in each Study period).
- Students must be able to show a very high degree of entry into the course (i.e. Must have completed a graded Diploma or higher with outstanding results).

Step 1: Apply for Admission
Applicants are requested to be admitted for the acquisition of this award in the Southern Cross undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Step 2: Apply for a Scholarship
New students can apply once and are in the running for all eligible scholarships. Present applications for student scholarships are made in My enrolment and are unique to the applicable scholarships.

Entry Requirements
- Applicants must meet the general country/study curriculum entry requirement.
- You must demonstrate English language skills and meet the general admission criteria following the country/curriculum in which you studied.
- For undergraduate degrees, the required entry score is based on the Australian Year 12 qualification measured by the Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR).
- For postgraduate degrees, Students are expected to receive a degree that is considered equivalent to an Australian Bachelor’s degree by the University.
- All candidate must comply with the criteria of the University for admission in English as set out in the prerequisite for proficiency in English.
Visa Requirements
Students will need a valid passport, an electronic confirmation of enrolment (COE) issued by Southern Cross University and any other documents needed by the Department of Home Affairs to apply for a foreign student visa.
