The 2021-2022 Deakin University Scholarships are entirely funded grants for international students. These grants are eligible for postgraduate education and include a $28,600 per year stipend, with a $500 to $1,500 relocation payment, and health care.

Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must have to meet the following eligibility criteria:
- The applicant must be an international student.
- A student must be a national or international student enrolled in an HDR course of study at Deakin University to be considered for an RTP Grant, RTP Fees Balance, RTP Payment, or DUPRS.
- A candidate may not obtain an equivalent Commonwealth grant or fellowship intended to cover HDR fees or be eligible for an RTP Fees Offset.
- Applicants for an RTP or DUPRS scholarship must have achieved at least four years in tertiary education and have earned an Honors degree in the first class or an equal level of academic achievement.

- A $28,092 (2020 rate) or $28,600 (2021 rate) annual tax free stipend.
- A $500 to $1,500 relocation allowance (single to family) given to students moving from interstate or abroad to study at Deakin

Entry Requirements
- Applicants must meet the general country/study curriculum entry requirement.
- Applicants must demonstrate English language skills and meet the general admission criteria following the country/curriculum in which you studied.
Visa Requirements
You may need to apply for a Tier 4 (General) student visa if you plan to prepare for a full-time course that lasts longer than six months. On the day of the appeal, you must be in the United Kingdom; otherwise, your submission will not be approved.
