– POSTECH Chemistry “nano-scale – space limited chemical reaction window Research: National Creative Research Initiative Center for Nanospace-confined Chemical Reactions” (Advisor: yiinsu professor) in the nanoparticles formation / manufacture / modification and their catalyst / energy / bio research Professor for research applications in molecular detection, post-doctoral researchers to recruit and doctoral student.
– The window Research (selected in 2016), the i) Nano by studying solid, liquid medium and the chemical reactions that occur in these adjacent surfaces of the scale, size, and basic science areas that provide a new perspective to explain the phenomena occurring in nano-particles and around research and, ii) to proceed to the application point of view to identify and suggest ways to efficiently manufacture an optimized material for a new understanding for applications such as catalysts, energy and bio-based molecular detection and study at the same time. While based on the synthesis / modification of the nanoparticles with the solid phase / solution phase methods have the strategy to extend in a variety of application areas, such as the electrochemical catalyst / organic catalyst / biomolecule detection / medical imaging. To participate in the most appropriate based on the detailed study of the major researchers, and the excellent research environment is thought to be a good opportunity to get a high-quality research in interdisciplinary research environment. Positions recruitment: 4 people
- Solid (Materials) Chemical / nanoparticle synthesis and application majors
- The electrochemical catalyst / organic reactions (organic metal) catalyst majors
- Organic and inorganic supramolecular polymer based synthetic biomolecular sensor majors
- Synthetic materials majors such as medical imaging (MRI, CT, PET, etc.)
- New nano-particles to be related to a chemical majors challenges in the field research (PhD) min.
¨ Working Conditions
– I work at Pohang University Department of Chemistry,
– Working start: adjustable depending on the circumstances of the Institute, in consultation
– Salary conditions: PhD researcher after 3600 million won ~ 5000 yuan, a research professor (determined in consultation)
– Incentives, (4 companies paid premiums are paid separately) according to the International Society Participation and Performance
